KALAH is a first generation taught, Israeli Special Forces, hand-to-hand combat system.
It is the result of a combination of the original, refined form of special forces Krav Maga and the realistically effective, battle tested form developed by Idan Abolnik.
KALAH is the most evolved and effective form of Krav Maga available today.
Krav Maga means โhand to hand combatโ in Hebrew. It was a military system developed by Imi Lichtenfeld in the late 1940โs and was taught to the Israeli Defense Force.
Krav Maga emphasised threat neutralisation, simultaneous defensive, offensive manoeuvres and aggression applications.
Krav Maga has since been adapted for both civilian and military application.
Our Advanced training KALAH may not be suitable for everyone, and that is completely okay.
KALAH includes scenario-based work such as role-play, controlled impact training, and learning from disadvantaged positions. Sessions are designed to be challenging so participants can understand how their body and mind respond under stress, fatigue, and pressure.
At times, training may feel uncomfortable or demanding. Participants may face situations where outcomes are uncertain, and not every scenario ends in success. This is intentional and helps develop awareness, adaptability, resilience, and better decision-making over time.
Because of its intensity, KALAH is not offered upfront and is never upsold. It is introduced only when appropriate and when a student is ready. Many students choose to continue long-term with the Primitive (foundation) module, which offers valuable physical conditioning, mindset development, and practical self-protection skills on its own.
The focus is always on safety, responsibility, and sustainable progress-not pushing limits unnecessarily or proving anything.

We provide reality-based self-defense and mental resilience training.
